Android Studio

Mobile development wrapped up along with the last Android projects — the IDE goes on the shelf, right behind Java and Kotlin.

Android Studio is the official IDE for Android development, built on IntelliJ IDEA. I switched to it when the mobile project kicked off. Coming from Visual Studio it feels a bit unfamiliar, but the tooling is sufficient: emulator, profiler, Layout Inspector. The main pain point is slow indexing on large projects.
