Yandex Cloud

After the sanction restrictions kicked in, we looked at Yandex Cloud as the primary cloud provider for Russian projects. Tried Managed Kubernetes, Object Storage, Managed PostgreSQL. The documentation and the service lineup have grown considerably over the past couple of years. For our on-prem scenarios we didn't migrate in the end, but it remains a live option for new projects.
