Migrating the team onto React and declaring it the primary frontend stack for our department.

The technology has matured and loads fast now. We even found a way to deploy the built code onto SharePoint. Which let us stop using its native modules for extending its functionality altogether.

A JavaScript flavor of reactive programming, built on a virtual DOM. Neat, but the unpredictability of JS itself is still a problem.

There are performance issues too. Initialization takes so long that you stare at a blank page for several seconds before anything starts to render.
