Along with .NET 6, ASP.NET Core enters my life: we're writing the new microservices on Web API. After classic ASP.NET it's a breath of fresh air — Kestrel instead of being chained to IIS, DI out of the box, a transparent middleware pipeline, and configuration without the web.config voodoo.
I'm keeping an eye on Minimal APIs for small services, but for now we're sticking with controllers — the team feels more at home with them.
